How do I order an Item that is not on your website?

The best way to order an item that is not on our website is through our "Contact" form, located at the top of the website. 

Do you do custom orders?

Yes! We love to do custom orders! Some examples of this may include special event items, personalized items, or items that you have seen on our Facebook Group that doesn't have a listing on this site.

When should I expect my item to be ready for pickup or shipped?

Our lead times vary throughout the year based on many factors. The current lead time will be posted in the banner at the top of this website. Please remember, these are made to order items, meaning we don't have your order in stock. Everything is made special just for you and made in the order received. 

How do I know when my order has shipped or is ready for pickup?

If you chose to have your order shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email once the order has been shipped. 

If you chose pickup, we will contact you when your order is ready for pickup. The method of contact will vary depending upon information you leave for us at checkout. 

We know you're just as excited about your order as we are to make it, but please refrain from inquiries on order status if the timeframe still falls between the current turn around time. 

What method is my order shipped?

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. 

Do you offer rush ordering?

We do offer rush ordering. However, we ask that if you need an item faster than our current turnaround time you use our "contact" form located at the top of our site to inquire BEFORE placing your order. Rush orders will have an associated fee based upon time constraints and will be invoiced directly to you. Additionally, rush orders are accepted on an individual basis, and they may not be feasible.
